The Bank acquired additional shares of Michinoku Card Co., Ltd. and included the company in the scope of consolidation from the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009. |

Michinoku Finance (Hong Kong), Ltd. was excluded from the scope of consolidation because the company was dissolved on March 23, 2009. |
